By booking with Snazzy Pose+ ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snazzy Pose+.
A booking is only confirmed once a 30% non-refundable deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by us in writing. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Availability is not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit. We accept cash, bank transfer, credit card, debit card, and cheque.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before the event date, no further charge beyond the deposit will apply. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are liable for the full booking amount. Please see our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Date changes are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. A rescheduling fee may apply if the change is made within 14 days of the original event date. We cannot guarantee the same hire period or pricing for rescheduled bookings.
The client is responsible for ensuring an adequate space of at least 12ft x 12ft is available, a suitable power supply within 25ft of the setup area, and a safe operating environment. Any damage to our equipment caused by guests or third parties at the event will be charged to the client.
We will make every effort to arrive, set up, and operate the booth as agreed. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the booking, our liability is limited to a full refund of all amounts paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions.
By using our service, guests consent to videos being captured. Videos are made available to guests via QR code. We may use event footage for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website) unless you notify us in writing before the event that you do not consent to this.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Montserrat. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Montserrat.
